The Questions to Resolve Before a Visit, Lease, or Partnership

The Tribe is a private, master-planned development in the Memphis Region. It is not a government, a federally recognized tribe, a reservation, or a tax-exempt jurisdiction. The published visuals are conceptual studies, not proof of completed buildings or open facilities. The exact address, parcel, access routes, security plan, interior controlled areas, lease terms, and private agreements are not published.

The campus is not presently advertising general public hours, open tours, housing availability, vendor stalls, event dates, or executed tenant opportunities. Each of those will be published through its correct channel after the responsible zone reaches the required stage. Joining an interest list or submitting an inquiry does not place a person in a tenant queue or guarantee access to a future program.

Prospective operators, developers, institutions, sponsors, vendors, and program producers should use the inquiry route that matches the proposal and provide enough detail to evaluate it. General questions should be answerable from this site first. When an answer depends on a controlled plan, commercial term, or unannounced agreement, the response may be that the information cannot yet be shared.
